Fidelity Investments CREATIVE DISCOVERY

This platform is an automation and data management tool built for internal team members who work with extensive datasets and recurring templates. It enables users to efficiently generate, edit, and distribute standardized templates to designated platforms, reducing manual effort and operational friction.

My role: I served as the UX Design Lead, partnering closely with business analysts throughout the Discovery phase. My responsibilities included: Leading the UX design team Collaborating with stakeholders and business analysts Help defining the feature list and functional scope Facilitating workshops to align on feature sets, KPIs, and persona development Creating the sitemap and information architecture

Business problems we solved: Team members relied on manual, inconsistent processes to create and send templates as part of their daily workflow. This resulted in inefficiencies, duplicated work, and a higher risk of data errors across platforms.

Design process: We conducted creative workshops with key stakeholders to align on business goals and user needs. These sessions informed the development of: Feature definitions and prioritization Wireframes to validate structure and flows High-fidelity hero mockups to communicate the final vision
